1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The online real-time trading and online transaction of spot market and futures market of Union of China-European Non-Ferrous Metals (CENFEM).
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE MEMBER
The Member shall update its data, in particular the offers published, and thereby contribute to accurate search results. The Member is responsible for all the data or content it has provided. Should the Member fail to comply with its obligations, CENFEM is entitled to exclude the Member from its services without prior warning and without compensation.
The passwords supplied to the Member are intended for business purposes and must therefore be treated confidentially.
The Member is aware that any data entered can be accessed worldwide.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF China-European Non-Ferrous Metals
Through its Internet domain www.cenfem.com CENFEM offers a B2B industry portal/trading platform with search engines for manufacturers, service provider, distributor and wholesaler of non-ferrous metal industries.
In the event that technical problems should lead to an interruption of the services offered, CENFEM shall do everything within its power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, insofar as the problem lies within its area of responsibility.
CENFEM reserves the right to check database entries and to exclude the Member from the contract in case of demonstrable discrepancies.
4. SPECIAL PROVISIONS
Member data will be used as search criteria and search results. The data supplied by the Member is therefore available to the public and can be viewed worldwide. This also applies in particular to the images, videos and logos provided by the Member.
CENFEM is granted the right to use this Member data, including the provided images, videos and logos, and to publish them on the website www.cenfem.com.
5. LIABILITY, CLAIMS
CENFEM endeavors to provide the services without error or interruptions. However, interruptions of service cannot be completely ruled out. CENFEM is not liable for any loss of data, nor for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the information presented on the website www.cenfem.com. This does not apply to information concerning CENFEM and its homepage, which is identified by a copyright symbol. The use of data on www.cenfem.com is at the own risk of the Member and user of the site. CENFEM may not be held liable in any way for any damages, consequential damages or loss of profits, loss of data, data modifications, delays, non-availability of the system or other damages. This Agreement is governed by German law.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
The Member agrees to the processing, storage and use of his personal data, as required for the order processing and invoicing.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions can be viewed at any time at http://www.cenfem.com. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Saarbrücken, Germany. CENFEM reserves the right to take legal action against the Member before the competent court at the registered seat or domicile, or before any other court of competent jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by German law.
