Delivery in time
Through many years researching, we have made two quenching lines in 2008 and 2010. The common process costs about 16-24h, but our technology production only costs 8-16h. Which can reduce the manufacturing time much more, and guarantee the delivery.

Elimination of internal stress
With the 3000T streching machine, we can take the permanent drawing plastical transformation  to aluminum plates according to the technology requirements. Then it will elimate the internal stress after quenching and make sure that the products will not distort with manufacturing, also improve the quality and production efficiency.

High precision
According to the customers requirements, we can cut plates with high precision within the width and length tolerance. With the tolerance of parallelism in 2mm, vertical tolerance ≤0.1mm/200mm and the surface harshness Ra≤25(with running rate 1m/min), we can guarantee the  parts precision for our customers production.
