Average heating technology
The average heating technology includes the heating, warm keeping and cooling down.  This process can help to elimate the internal stress, reduce the coring segregation and nonuniformity, so that the products will improve itself drawing capability and plasticity.

Filtering

With ingots making, we take the filter process via glass fabric, deep bed, ceramic tube, the foam ceramic and other filtering steps, in order to filter out the impurity particles and get the surface beauty and pure products.

Annealing furnace
We have the sophisticated annealing furnace with production capacity of 30 tons and annealing temperature of 120~580℃. The maximum operating temperature is 650℃, which can improve both quality and process level of products.
