With the high strength and poor anti-corrosion, it is widely made in the aerospace industry and household parts like screw and turbine converter. 4xxx series are low ductile alloys, due to the high silicon content of these alloys, silicon is present in the form of intermetallic precipitates, but also as elemental silicon particles making the material brittle. 7xxx series are very strong "heat treatable" alloys; they can be strengthened through heat treatment based on the combination of zinc and magnesium. |

High precision quality control
The cold rolls take Siemens and ABB world-class control system to make sure of the product thickness precision and capacity durablity, also control the plate type in some degree. In March, 2014, we got the QC certification ISOTS16949：2009 by SGS.
Aluminium Smelting Production Line
Aluminum smelting production line can produce plate with much finer formation, small grain, and tidy surface. Thus, it can greatly reduce defeats of products.
Annealing furnace
We have the sophisticated annealing furnace with production capacity of 30 tons and annealing temperature of 120~580℃. The maximum operating temperature is 650℃, which can improve both quality and process level of products.
